Founded in 2017, ZETR designs award-winning architectural switches and outlets that sit flush with the wall, minimising visual impact and elevating residential and commercial interiors. The products are intentionally minimal, but technically sophisticated, requiring clarity and precision in how they are presented and specified.

ZETR partnered with Nightjar to create a refined digital platform built to support the business over the next five to ten years. The new experience replaces an inflexible, internally built site with a scalable foundation that reduces sales overhead, enables self-service pricing and product exploration, educates architects and designers on the bundled system, and drives higher quality leads, all while maintaining a premium, design-led aesthetic aligned with the brand.

ZETR products are designed to be the quiet detail in a space. The platform needed to reflect this restraint, speaking directly to architects and designers with a refined, understated experience where function leads and form follows.

While the products are minimal, they are technically complex. Our UX focus was on clarity, guiding users through how the system works and what components are required, reducing errors and removing friction from the decision making process.
